Who you are

You have a proven track record in product marketing with at least 5 years of experience, particularly in driving go-to-market strategies that yield measurable business impact. Your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams is complemented by a high emotional intelligence, allowing you to thrive in fast-paced environments. You understand the nuances of product launches and have experience breaking into new market categories, which positions you as a strategic asset to the team. Familiarity with OKRs and business performance management is a plus, as it aligns with WorkBoard's mission to empower enterprises.

Desirable

Experience in AI-driven solutions or strategy execution is highly desirable, as is a background in working with innovative companies across various sectors such as technology and healthcare. You are comfortable navigating complex organizational structures and can effectively communicate with senior leadership, ensuring alignment between product development and market needs.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for operationalizing WorkBoard's category leadership in AI-powered strategy execution. You will build and scale a disciplined go-to-market rhythm that connects product development with marketing and sales efforts. Your focus will be on ensuring that every launch and enablement motion drives measurable business impact. You will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and other senior leaders to align product features with market demands, ensuring that WorkBoardAI is positioned as the go-to platform for enterprises seeking to achieve peak performance.

You will also be tasked with measuring impact, iterating quickly, and optimizing continuously to enhance the effectiveness of marketing strategies. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and customer feedback to refine messaging and positioning, ensuring that WorkBoard remains at the forefront of the industry. You will lead initiatives that foster alignment across teams, driving collaboration between product, sales, and customer success to maximize the impact of marketing efforts.
