What you'll do
As a Product Engineer at WorkOS, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing tools that help companies achieve enterprise readiness. You will work on features such as Single Sign-On (SSO), Directory Sync, Audit Logs, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement features that meet the demanding needs of enterprise customers.
You will actively seek feedback from users and stakeholders to inform product development, ensuring that the solutions you build are aligned with customer expectations. Your work will involve writing clean, maintainable code and participating in code reviews to uphold high standards of quality. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their roles.
