Who you are
You have a strong background in customer success engineering, ideally with experience in the automotive or technology sectors. You excel at engaging with customers to understand their needs and help them maximize the value of the products they use. Your technical expertise allows you to communicate effectively with both customers and internal engineering teams, ensuring that feedback is translated into actionable insights. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing time between the office and customer sites.
You possess excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset, always looking for ways to enhance the customer experience. Your ability to build relationships and trust with clients is paramount, as you will be their primary point of contact for technical support and product guidance. You are proactive in identifying potential issues and addressing them before they escalate, ensuring a smooth customer journey.
What you'll do
As a Senior Customer Success Engineer, you will engage directly with customers to help them understand and utilize our advanced mobility solutions. You will conduct on-site workshops and training sessions, primarily in the Nagoya area, to foster strong relationships and ensure customers are getting the most out of our products. You will collaborate closely with the internal Product and Engineering teams, providing valuable feedback from customer interactions to drive product improvements.
You will also have the opportunity to develop educational materials and participate in PR and marketing events, showcasing the innovative solutions Woven by Toyota offers. Your role will involve a mix of technical support, customer engagement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance our product offerings and customer satisfaction. You will be instrumental in driving the success of our customers and contributing to the overall mission of transforming mobility.
