Who you are

You are an accomplished Human Resources Business Partner with a strong background in talent management and employee engagement strategies. With a high level of global and cultural agility, you are well-equipped to support a diverse and global engineering organization in achieving its goals of technical convergence and innovation. You have a proven track record of advising business leaders on building effective teams and addressing talent needs in alignment with company values.

Your experience includes identifying and applying existing HR solutions, as well as driving the creation of new solutions in collaboration with relevant teams. You understand the importance of fostering a positive workplace culture and are adept at recognizing and addressing the unique challenges faced by a global workforce. You are passionate about enabling teams to deliver on their mission and vision effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the primary interface for business leaders, providing guidance on talent management and organizational development. You will work closely with various teams to understand their talent needs and develop strategies to meet those needs. Your responsibilities will include advising on employee engagement initiatives, talent development programs, and performance management processes. You will also play a key role in fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the organization.

You will report to the Head of HR Business Partners and collaborate with other HR professionals to ensure that the organization is equipped with the right talent to achieve its ambitious goals. Your insights will help shape the HR strategy and contribute to the overall success of Woven by Toyota's mission to redefine mobility.
