What you'll do

You will build and manage a team that provides administrative support to various departments, ensuring that tasks are organized and centralized. Collaborating closely with each department, you will design and streamline the team's responsibilities, managing progress and workload distribution while considering the physical and mental well-being of team members. You will develop and implement strategies to create a talent pool in the disability employment market, promoting the recruitment and development of individuals with disabilities who can contribute to the organization's growth. Additionally, you will oversee the annual budget for the Accessibility Office, allocating resources appropriately for reasonable accommodations, employee support, and training. You will strategize and execute initiatives to enhance the support system and organizational structure for employees with disabilities, ensuring compliance with Japanese laws regarding disability employment. Leading campaigns and initiatives to foster an inclusive culture, you will work to raise awareness and understanding among all employees, regardless of disability status. You will maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR and legal teams, to promote inclusivity and operational efficiency across the organization.
