What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Advanced UX Team at Woven by Toyota, focusing on the development of user experiences for ADAS and autonomous driving technologies. You will collaborate closely with automotive UX experts to craft innovative solutions that meet user needs while adhering to safety regulations. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, analyzing insights, and translating findings into actionable design strategies. You will work with engineers to ensure that the vision you create is executable and aligns with the technical capabilities of the team.

You will also be responsible for presenting your ideas to executives, ensuring that the strategic direction of the UX design aligns with the company's goals. Your leadership will empower your team to push the boundaries of what is possible in automotive interfaces, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
