Wrapbook is hiring a Film & Television Implementation Specialist III to onboard clients onto their payroll platform. You'll ensure a seamless transition from sales to payroll, fostering strong client relationships. This role is remote and requires expertise in client onboarding.

You have a strong background in client onboarding and implementation, particularly within the film and television industry. Your experience allows you to effectively manage the entire onboarding process, ensuring clients transition smoothly to new systems. You excel at building relationships and understanding client needs, which helps you tailor solutions that meet their long-term business goals.
You are detail-oriented and organized, capable of juggling multiple projects while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders. What you'll do
In this role, you will take ownership of the onboarding process for Film and TV clients, guiding them through the transition to Wrapbook's payroll platform. You will work closely with sales teams to ensure that client expectations are met from the outset. Your responsibilities will include conducting training sessions, providing ongoing support, and addressing any issues that arise during the implementation phase.
You will also be responsible for gathering feedback from clients to continuously improve the onboarding experience. By fostering strong relationships, you will help clients maximize the value of Wrapbook's services, ensuring they are set up for success in managing their production payroll and accounting needs.
