Who you are

You have a strong background in talent acquisition, with experience managing the recruitment lifecycle from strategy to hiring. You understand the importance of creating a positive candidate experience and are committed to continuous improvement in recruitment processes. Your ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, including executive leadership and People Leaders, sets you apart in this role. You are detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can make a significant impact on the organization.

What you'll do

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will take ownership of the recruitment lifecycle across all departments, ensuring that the hiring process is efficient and effective. You will work closely with the Head of PX and collaborate with executive leadership to align recruitment strategies with business goals. Your role will involve developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent while continuously improving the candidate experience. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with hiring managers and providing guidance throughout the hiring process.
