Overview
Careem is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for a 6-month contract to help build teams in their Data & AI and Engineering organizations. You'll collaborate with business stakeholders to create strategic talent pipelines and ensure a seamless hiring experience.

You have a strong background in talent acquisition, ideally with experience in the tech industry — you understand the nuances of hiring for technical roles and are passionate about finding the right talent to drive innovation. You excel at building relationships with stakeholders and have a knack for understanding their hiring needs, ensuring that you can effectively match candidates to roles. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to engage with candidates and present the company in the best light. You are data-driven in your approach, using metrics to refine your recruitment strategies and improve the hiring process.

What you'll do
As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Careem, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the organization by building teams that drive innovation in mobility and technology. You will work closely with the Engineering and Data & AI teams to understand their hiring needs and develop strategies to attract top talent. Your responsibilities will include creating and managing talent pipelines, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. You will collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and requirements, ensuring they accurately reflect the skills and experience needed for success in each role.
You will also be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies that align with Careem's goals and values. This includes leveraging social media and other platforms to promote job openings and engage with potential candidates. You will analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of your strategies and make data-driven decisions to improve the hiring process. Additionally, you will participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance Careem's reputation as an employer of choice in the tech industry.
