Who you are

You have a strong background in account management, particularly with small to medium-sized businesses, and you excel at building and maintaining client relationships. Your experience in digital marketing allows you to understand the nuances of online advertising and how to leverage it for client success. You are data-driven, using analytics to demonstrate value to clients and identify areas for improvement. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs. You are proactive in identifying at-risk accounts and developing strategic plans to retain them. You thrive in a goal-oriented environment and are motivated by driving revenue growth for both your clients and the company.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding a portfolio of small to medium-sized business advertiser accounts. You will analyze client performance data to demonstrate value and identify areas for improvement. Your focus will be on customer retention, successfully renewing expiring contracts, and proactively identifying at-risk accounts. You will develop strategic plans to educate clients and recommend improved solutions tailored to their needs. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients will be key to your success, as you work to understand their goals and challenges. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure that clients receive the best possible service and support. Your role will also involve tracking performance metrics and reporting on account health to management.
