You have experience in project management and are adept at using ERP systems and integrated software programs to ensure customer satisfaction. Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively collaborate with engineering, business, and supply chain professionals to solve complex manufacturing problems. You understand the importance of stakeholder satisfaction and are skilled at leading problem-solving processes for troubled orders. Your ability to work with internal subject matter experts allows you to improve supplier relationships and ensure that orders meet delivery and quality requirements. You are detail-oriented and have a proactive approach to managing projects, ensuring that all aspects are aligned with customer expectations.
What you'll do
As a Case Manager III, you will perform project management functions that are critical to Xometry's operations. You will utilize our internal ERP system to track and manage orders, ensuring that they are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
