What you'll do

As a Case Manager III, you will perform project management functions using our internal ERP system and integrated third-party software programs. You will review individual orders on an exception basis, ensuring they meet customer delivery and quality requirements. Collaborating with internal subject matter experts, you will lead the problem-solving process for troubled orders, enhancing supplier relationships and quality outcomes. Your role will involve making meaningful contributions to drive stakeholder satisfaction in a dynamic environment.
