You have a strong background in project management, ideally with experience in operations or supply chain management. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are adept at using ERP systems and integrated software tools to manage projects effectively. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Desirable

What you'll do
As a Case Manager III, you will perform project management functions using our internal ERP system and integrated third-party software programs. You will review individual orders on an exception basis, ensuring they meet customer delivery and quality requirements. Collaborating with internal subject matter experts, you will lead the problem-solving process for troubled orders, enhancing supplier relationships and quality outcomes.
