What you'll do

As a Sourcing Coordinator, you will be responsible for the initial triage of orders, identifying potential issues and implementing solutions for challenging orders. You will collaborate with various internal teams to create a frictionless order experience for both the Partner Network and customers. Your role will involve active engagement with Xometry’s partners and customers to develop recovery plans for orders, ensuring that you meet their needs effectively. You will play a crucial role in fulfilling customer orders, often being the last chance to ensure satisfaction.
