What you'll do

As a Sourcing Coordinator, you will be responsible for the initial triage of orders, identifying potential issues and implementing solutions for challenging and complex orders. You will work cross-functionally with various teams to execute service functions that create a frictionless order experience for both the Partner Network and customers. Your role will involve active engagement with Xometry’s partner network and collaboration with customers to develop recovery plans for orders. You will play a key role in ensuring that the Sourcing Team meets its goals and delivers exceptional service.
