What you'll do

As a Customer Support Intern at Xometry, you will be at the forefront of driving customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers by answering product, order, and account-related questions. You will support daily operations by documenting customer interactions and updating internal systems. You will also escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams. Collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Engineering teams, you will identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
