Your experience in sales and marketing enables you to understand the nuances of partner dynamics and how to leverage them for mutual benefit. You are adept at identifying and qualifying opportunities, and you have a knack for developing strategies that empower partners to achieve their goals. You are comfortable working in a hybrid model and are based in Singapore, ready to contribute to MongoDB's success.
Desirable
Experience in the ASEAN region is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud technologies and database solutions. You are data-driven and can analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and improve outcomes. Your strong communication skills allow you to facilitate collaboration between various teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working towards common objectives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will drive incremental value for the field sales team by engaging with regional system integrators. You will develop and execute a strategic partner strategy for the ASEAN region, focusing on recruiting, nurturing, and empowering partners to create growth opportunities. Your proactive approach will involve prospecting, identifying, qualifying, and growing a sales pipeline through these partners.
Collaboration is key in this position, as you will work closely with the sales team to close business and consistently exceed booking objectives. You will lead engagement initiatives that enhance the sales, pre-sales, and delivery capabilities of regional system integrator partners, helping them achieve new certifications and expand their impact.
You will also facilitate strong collaboration between MongoDB sales teams and cloud partners to deliver on sales strategies. Partnering with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Sales Enablement, Customer Success, and Solution Architects—you will drive pipeline generation and deal progression, ensuring that MongoDB continues to grow its market presence.
