Who you are
You are a seasoned marketing leader with a proven track record in driving go-to-market strategies. With at least 5 years of experience in marketplace marketing, you understand the nuances of buyer acquisition and partner engagement. Your ability to ground marketing activities in real-world feedback ensures that your strategies are both effective and measurable.
You possess strong collaboration skills, having worked closely with sales teams to co-develop messaging and tools that empower them to succeed. Your analytical mindset allows you to focus on ROI, ensuring that all marketing initiatives are optimized for performance and business impact.
What you'll do
As the Director of Marketplace Marketing at Xometry, you will define and execute marketing strategies aimed at accelerating revenue growth within the U.S. Marketplace. You will lead initiatives that increase market share among U.S.-based buyers, ensuring that all campaigns are aligned with the voice of the market.
You will partner closely with the Sales organization, co-developing messaging and competitive insights that empower the sales team. Your role will involve overseeing market-driven campaigns, ensuring that all buyer-facing initiatives are grounded in data and feedback.
In addition to buyer acquisition, you will also focus on expanding Xometry's Global Partner network. This involves creating and executing marketing strategies that engage suppliers and enhance their experience within the marketplace.
