Xometry is seeking a Director of Marketplace Sales to lead the US Account Development teams. You'll focus on transforming the sales organization into high-performing teams that drive revenue growth. This role requires a proven track record in account strategy and customer relationship management.

You have a strong background in sales leadership, with a proven ability to develop and manage account strategies that support a transactional sales model. Your experience includes building loyal customer relationships at the senior level, which is essential for driving top-line revenue growth. You are an inspiring and results-driven leader, respected by both your team and customers, and you lead by example. You are comfortable moving between hands-on execution and shaping the executive vision, adapting your approach to meet the needs of a young and fast-growing company.
You have a track record of creating and accelerating revenue growth, preferably in fast-growing environments. Your analytical skills allow you to leverage data and trends to inform your strategies and decisions. You understand the importance of adapting sales models and teams to deliver against targets, ensuring that your organization remains competitive and responsive to market demands.
