What you'll do
As a Manufacturing Solutions Engineer at Xometry, you will be embedded within our most strategic accounts, working closely with customer engineers on Design for Manufacturing (DFM) to optimize projects for our platform. Your role will involve weekly onsite visits to customer and partner locations, where you will build relationships and gain insights into their needs. You will stay informed about upcoming customer projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with Xometry's offerings. Your technical expertise will be crucial in addressing manufacturing challenges and providing solutions that drive growth and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure that customer expectations are met and exceeded, contributing to the overall success of Xometry's digital marketplace.
