What you'll do

As a Manufacturing Solutions Engineer at Xometry, you will be embedded within strategic accounts, working closely with customer engineers on Design for Manufacturing (DFM) initiatives. You will conduct weekly onsite visits to build relationships and ensure alignment with customer projects. Your role will involve identifying potential manufacturing challenges and addressing them before they impact project timelines.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations and Sales, to drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction. Your technical expertise will be crucial in providing insights and solutions that align with Xometry's platform capabilities. You will stay informed about upcoming customer projects and initiatives, ensuring that you can proactively support their needs.
