What you'll do

As a Manufacturing Solutions Engineer at Xometry, you will be embedded within strategic accounts, acting as an extension of their engineering teams. Your responsibilities will include conducting weekly onsite visits to build relationships with customers and understand their specific needs. You will collaborate closely with customer engineers on Design for Manufacturing (DFM) to optimize projects for Xometry's platform. Your role will involve proactively identifying and addressing potential manufacturing challenges, ensuring that customer projects align with Xometry's capabilities. You will also work closely with the sales team to drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction, leveraging your technical expertise to support customer integration and operational execution.
