What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the entire events program for Xometry, which includes trade shows, conferences, partner events, webinars, and activations for both the Xometry and Thomas brands. You will maintain a detailed calendar of upcoming events, deadlines, and budget allocations, ensuring that all aspects of the events are executed flawlessly. Your responsibilities will include site selection, contract negotiation, and managing the budget for each event. You will collaborate closely with various teams to define event goals and messaging, ensuring that Xometry's presence is impactful both in-person and virtually. You will also be responsible for measuring the success of each event and analyzing ROI to inform future strategies. Your role will be critical in driving lead generation and engagement with prospects and customers across key verticals.
