Who you are
You have a strong background in B2B marketing strategy, event logistics, and promotion β managing multiple events simultaneously is second nature to you. Your experience includes overseeing the end-to-end event lifecycle, from budget management to post-event ROI analysis. You excel at coordinating across teams and measuring the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. You are results-driven and understand the importance of driving awareness and engagement with prospects and customers. Your ability to collaborate with Sales, Product, Brand, and Communications teams ensures that event goals and messaging align with broader marketing strategies. You are detail-oriented, maintaining a comprehensive calendar of upcoming events, deadlines, and budget allocations.
Desirable
Experience in managing trade shows, conferences, partner events, webinars, and activations for both corporate and brand events is a plus. Familiarity with the manufacturing industry and its key verticals, such as aerospace, medical, automotive, and industrial manufacturing, will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end execution of Xometryβs events program, ensuring that all aspects of event planning and execution are handled efficiently. You will be responsible for budget management, site selection, contract negotiation, and conducting post-event ROI analysis to measure success. Collaborating closely with various teams, you will define event goals and messaging, ensuring that all marketing efforts are cohesive and impactful. You will maintain a detailed calendar of events, deadlines, and budget allocations, allowing for seamless coordination and execution. Your strategic mindset will help drive awareness and engagement across key verticals, making a significant impact on lead generation efforts. You will also be the driving force behind how Xometry presents itself in person and virtually, enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement.
