You have a strong background in B2B marketing strategy and event logistics β you've successfully managed multiple events simultaneously and understand how to measure ROI effectively. Your experience in promotions and coordinating across teams makes you an ideal candidate for this role. You thrive in environments where you can drive awareness and lead generation, and you are results-driven in your approach to marketing. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with various teams, including Sales, Product, and Brand. Your strategic mindset enables you to define event goals and messaging that resonate with target audiences. You are detail-oriented, ensuring that every aspect of event planning and execution is meticulously managed.
What you'll do
In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end event lifecycle, which includes budget management, site selection, contract negotiation, and post-event ROI analysis. You will maintain a detailed calendar of upcoming events, deadlines, and budget allocations to ensure smooth execution. Your responsibilities will also include owning the execution of Xometryβs events program, which encompasses trade shows, conferences, partner events, webinars, and activations for both the Xometry and Thomas brands. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Brand, and Communications teams to define event goals and messaging that align with the company's objectives. Additionally, you will measure the success of each event and provide insights for future improvements. Your role will be pivotal in how Xometry presents itself in person and virtually across key channels, making your contributions essential to the company's marketing strategy.
