What you'll do
In this role, you will lead Xometry's Partner Network initiatives, focusing on optimizing partner performance through data analysis and performance management. You will identify training gaps within your portfolio and develop targeted strategies to improve partner outcomes. Creating and implementing partner certification programs will be a key responsibility, establishing quality benchmarks and standards akin to supplier quality assurance. You will manage the Partner Outsourcing Group, ensuring that partnerships are built on trust and lead to predictable outcomes in quality and on-time delivery. Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating with partners to enhance their capabilities and drive performance improvements, ultimately contributing to better customer outcomes.
