You are a seasoned leader with extensive experience in sales engineering, having successfully led teams in a technical sales environment. Your strategic mindset allows you to partner effectively with sales leadership to develop and execute technical sales strategies that align with company revenue goals. You have a proven track record of driving technical pre-sales support, solution architecture, and product demonstrations to enterprise customers, ensuring that the sales team is equipped with the necessary technical expertise to close complex deals.
You possess strong mentoring skills, having recruited, developed, and fostered a high-performing sales engineering team. You understand the importance of collaboration and customer focus, creating a culture of technical excellence within your team. Desirable
