What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with Account Executives to drive account growth and retention, leveraging your engineering expertise to support sales efforts. You will engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that align with their projects. Your responsibilities will include discovering, organizing, and executing major projects, ensuring that customer expectations are met and exceeded. You will join Account Executives on onsite visits to foster relationships and gain deeper insights into customer operations.

You will proactively identify and address potential manufacturing challenges, including Design for Manufacturing (DFM) considerations, to ensure smooth project execution. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to align engineering capabilities with customer requirements. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and solutions offered by Xometry, helping to enhance the overall customer experience.
