Your technical expertise allows you to act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate manufacturing challenges and optimize their projects for success. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineering teams to ensure alignment and satisfaction. You are proactive in identifying potential issues and addressing them before they escalate, ensuring a seamless integration of services for your clients.
Desirable
Experience in a technical account management role or similar customer-facing position is a plus. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and design principles will enhance your ability to provide valuable insights to clients. A background in project management or operations can also be beneficial in this role.
What you'll do
As a Technical Account Manager at Xometry, you will be embedded within our most strategic accounts, acting as an extension of their engineering teams.
