You are a highly motivated Mechanical Engineer with a passion for customer success and a desire to make a real impact. You have experience in customer-facing roles and understand the importance of building strong relationships with clients. Your technical expertise allows you to effectively communicate complex engineering concepts to non-technical stakeholders. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with engineering teams to drive project success. You are proactive in identifying challenges and solutions, ensuring alignment between customer needs and company capabilities.
What you'll do
As a Technical Account Manager at Xometry, you will become a trusted advisor and technical expert for assigned enterprise accounts. You will conduct weekly onsite visits at customer and partner locations, building relationships and understanding their needs. Collaborating closely with customer engineers, you will focus on Design for Manufacturing (DFM) to optimize projects for Xometry's platform. Your role will involve proactively identifying and addressing potential manufacturing challenges, ensuring that you stay informed about upcoming customer projects and initiatives to maintain alignment with Xometry's goals.
