Overview

Xometry is seeking a Vice President of Sales, Key Accounts to drive revenue growth and manage strategic partnerships. You'll lead a team focused on high-value accounts and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in managing key accounts with significant revenue potential. Your experience includes developing and executing strategic account plans that drive long-term growth and partnership. You excel at establishing and maintaining executive-level relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring that your accounts receive the highest level of service and attention.

You are a strong leader who is skilled in recruiting, hiring, training, and mentoring high-performing sales teams. You foster a culture of collaboration and accountability, motivating your team to meet and exceed sales targets. Your ability to coach and guide your team is complemented by your strategic vision for revenue growth and performance management.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic account plans for key accounts with an average annual spend of $250M+. You will identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand Xometry's footprint within these strategic partnerships, ensuring that you maximize revenue potential. Your leadership will be crucial in building and maintaining strong, strategic partnerships that drive significant revenue growth.

You will also develop and manage sales forecasts and targets, providing your team with the tools and insights they need to succeed. Your focus on exceptional customer satisfaction will guide your approach to account management, ensuring that your clients receive the best possible service and support. You will work closely with other departments to align strategies and drive overall company success.
