Xometry is hiring a Vice President of Sales, Key Accounts to drive revenue growth and manage strategic partnerships. You'll lead a team focused on high-value accounts and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership and strategic account management skills.

You have extensive experience in sales leadership, particularly in managing key accounts with significant revenue potential. Your background includes developing and executing strategies that drive substantial growth, and you excel at building and maintaining executive-level relationships with key decision-makers. You are a strong communicator and a mentor, capable of recruiting and developing high-performing teams that meet and exceed sales targets.
You understand the importance of strategic account management and have a proven track record of implementing account plans that focus on long-term growth and partnership. Your ability to identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts sets you apart, and you thrive in environments where collaboration and accountability are key.
What you'll do
As the Vice President of Sales, Key Accounts at Xometry, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive significant revenue growth within a portfolio of high-value key accounts. You will lead a dedicated team focused on building and maintaining strong, strategic partnerships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and maximizing revenue potential within these critical accounts.
