Xometry is seeking a Vice President of Sales, Key Accounts to drive revenue growth and manage strategic partnerships. You'll lead a team focused on high-value accounts and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in managing key accounts with significant revenue potential. Your experience includes developing and executing strategic account plans that foster long-term partnerships and drive growth. You excel at establishing executive-level relationships and have a knack for identifying opportunities to expand business within existing accounts.

You are a strong leader who thrives on mentoring and developing high-performing teams. Your ability to recruit, hire, and train key account managers is complemented by your commitment to fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. You understand the importance of continuous improvement and are dedicated to helping your team meet and exceed sales targets.

Your analytical skills enable you to develop and manage sales forecasts and targets effectively. You are results-driven and have a keen understanding of performance management, ensuring that your team is aligned with the company's revenue goals.

What you'll do

As the Vice President of Sales, Key Accounts at Xometry, you will be responsible for driving significant revenue growth within a portfolio of high-value key accounts. You will develop and implement strategic account plans that focus on long-term growth and partnership, ensuring that you establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.

You will lead a dedicated team of key account managers, providing them with the coaching and guidance necessary to succeed.
