What you'll do
As an Implementation Manager at Yotpo, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation journey, ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding experience. You will manage and execute all technical setups in alignment with defined project plans and customer business goals, including integrations and quality assurance checks. Training and educating customers on how to effectively use Yotpo’s suite of products will be a key part of your role, as you guide them through the deployment process. You will provide strategic guidance to brands on crafting impactful launch strategies, ensuring they maximize the value of Yotpo’s solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams within Yotpo to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into product development and service improvements. You will also be responsible for tracking project progress and reporting on key metrics to stakeholders.
