What you'll do

As the Infrastructure Modernization Team Lead, you will define and align the modernization roadmap for the UGC Product House, ensuring that the infrastructure supports the evolving needs of the business. You will lead an engineering team, providing architectural direction and hands-on technical contributions to drive modernization efforts. Collaborating closely with Experience Teams, you will enable fast, scalable, and reliable product value delivery. Your role will involve mentoring team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring that engineering practices meet the highest standards of quality. You will also work in partnership with Yotpo’s Infra teams and technical leadership to shape the future foundations of the UGC platform, making a significant impact on the company's growth and success.
