Who you are

You are a highly organized and proactive individual with a passion for creating a positive workplace culture. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy ensuring that everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. Your people-focused approach makes you an ideal candidate for managing day-to-day office operations and driving People Experience initiatives. You have experience in overseeing office logistics and administration, and you are comfortable managing vendor relationships and facility needs.

You are familiar with workplace tools such as budget tracking platforms and employee feedback systems, which help you maintain high standards in office operations. Your ability to communicate effectively with team members and vendors ensures that you can coordinate events and manage supplies efficiently. You understand the importance of creating an organized and welcoming environment for employees, making you a valuable asset to any team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead daily office logistics and administration for the New York site while also overseeing the Toronto office remotely. You will manage vendors, building contacts, maintenance, security, HVAC, cleaning services, and IT coordination to ensure smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing office supplies, snack and catering orders, and maintaining workplace standards. You will also play a key role in driving People Experience initiatives, ensuring that employees have a positive experience in both locations.

You will collaborate with local teams to address facility needs and organize events that enhance workplace culture. Your proactive approach will help create an organized, welcoming, and fun environment for all employees. You will be responsible for managing the office budget and tracking expenses to ensure that resources are allocated effectively. Your role will be crucial in supporting senior leaders and ensuring that the office operates efficiently during the maternity leave period.
