Who you are
You have extensive experience in product management, particularly in quality assurance and integrity. Your background includes leading teams to ensure that quality is designed into products from the outset, and you have a proven track record of implementing effective quality management systems. You understand the importance of collaboration across departments, particularly with engineering and supply chain operations, to ensure that quality is maintained throughout the product lifecycle.
You are passionate about building internal education programs that uplift the organization's quality capabilities. You have a keen eye for detail and are committed to being the guardian of the brand against counterfeit risks. Your leadership style fosters an inclusive environment where team members feel empowered to contribute to quality initiatives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of Yubico's Quality Management System (QMS). You will partner deeply with engineering and supply chain operations to ensure that quality is designed in, anomalies are detected instantly, and issues are rectified systematically. You will build and oversee an internal education program aimed at enhancing the organization's quality capabilities, ensuring that all employees understand their role in maintaining product integrity.
You will also serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related issues, working closely with various teams to address concerns and implement solutions. Your responsibilities will include developing quality metrics, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding Yubico's reputation as a leader in hardware authentication security.
