What you'll do

As a Sales Assist Representative at Zapier, you will be part of a high-velocity sales motion, primarily assisting customers through live chat conversations via Zendesk. Your role will involve inspiring customers to explore deep automation use-cases relevant to their roles while addressing any questions they may have during their procurement and buying process. You will work closely with potential customers to qualify leads and convert them into satisfied users of Zapier’s products. Your success will be measured by your ability to remove friction from the purchase and adoption process, ensuring a smooth experience for customers.
