You have a strong background in customer support engineering, particularly in managing complex deployments for enterprise clients. Your experience includes building trusted technical relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met throughout the deployment process. Your analytical skills allow you to troubleshoot effectively, addressing technical challenges as they arise. What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering frictionless deployments to Fortune 500 customers, managing projects that can last from 12 to 24 months. You will develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients, ensuring their technical needs are met. Your responsibilities will include updating documentation, creating instructional videos, and improving deployment procedures. You will face technically complex challenges that require your best troubleshooting and analytical skills. Additionally, you will coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure that all aspects of the deployment process run smoothly. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring the successful implementation of ZEDEDA's edge computing solutions.
