What you'll do
As a Senior Customer Support Engineer for Deployments, you will be responsible for delivering frictionless and smooth deployments to our Fortune 500 customers. You will manage deployments that span 12-24 months, developing strong relationships with clients and ensuring their technical needs are met. Your role will involve troubleshooting complex issues and coordinating with various teams to facilitate successful deployments.
You will take the initiative to improve processes by updating documentation and creating instructional materials, such as videos, to assist customers. Your technical expertise will be crucial in addressing challenges that arise during the deployment phase, and you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
What we offer
At ZEDEDA, we provide a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary ranging from $130,000 to $150,000, along with commission and equity components.
