Who you are

You have a bachelor's degree or are currently studying in Administration, Foreign Trade, Economics, or Engineering. With over 2 years of experience in a similar role, you possess intermediate to advanced English skills, both in writing and conversation. Your proactive profile and analytical skills make you a valuable team member, and you excel in communication and problem-solving.

You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and have hands-on experience with the SAP B1 ERP system. Your understanding of tax regulations, including ICMS, PIS/COFINS, and ISS, equips you to handle financial documents effectively.

What you'll do

In your role as a Buyer Assistant at Zeeco, you will register suppliers in the system and make quotations with them. You will issue purchase orders using the SAP B1 ERP system and monitor delivery times to ensure timely procurement. Additionally, you will assist in issuing import and export documents, facilitating the flow of documentation with relevant parties.

You will also check customs and tax documents, ensuring compliance with regulations. Your responsibilities will include sending tax and financial documents to accounting, contributing to the overall efficiency of the procurement process. You will work closely with engineering teams and support groups, benefiting from a culture of collaboration and professional growth.
