Who you are

You have over 15 years of experience in the refining and petrochemicals industry, with a strong background in customer support and sales. Your expertise allows you to effectively contact end users, generate inquiries, and close orders for combustion and aftermarket equipment. You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Mechatronics, which complements your technical knowledge in the field.

Your communication skills are exceptional, both in writing and conversation, with an intermediate to advanced proficiency in English. You possess a proactive work ethic and strong problem-solving abilities, enabling you to navigate complex customer interactions with ease. Your independent work style allows you to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.

Desirable

Experience in the chemical processing or hydrocarbon processing industry is a plus, as it enhances your understanding of the products you represent. Familiarity with combustion equipment will further strengthen your ability to engage with customers effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will represent and sell all Zeeco products and services to potential and existing end-user customers. You will be responsible for generating inquiries and closing orders, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your technical knowledge will be crucial in addressing customer needs and providing solutions that align with their requirements.

You will collaborate with engineering teams and subject matter experts to refine your understanding of the products and services offered by Zeeco. This collaboration will enable you to provide accurate information and support to customers, enhancing their experience with the company.

Your responsibilities will also include maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. You will be expected to travel nationally and internationally as needed to meet with clients and represent Zeeco at industry events.
