Who you are

You are an entry-level engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Architectural Engineering. You possess excellent organizational skills and have an aptitude for interpreting specifications. Your proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, allows you to communicate effectively and present technical information clearly. You are eager to learn and grow within a collaborative engineering team, ready to tackle challenges in structural design and technical support.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing various pieces of combustion equipment, including pressure vessels, steel stacks, derrick structures, and piping systems. You will complete and check structural calculations for a variety of equipment, ensuring that designs meet industry standards and can be fabricated efficiently. You will work closely with the engineering team to provide technical support and responses for structural-related items, acting as a liaison with colleagues across US and global locations. Your role will involve occasional travel for meetings or job site visits, where you will give technical presentations on various structural subjects. You will also communicate with project execution teams to ensure that structural designs utilize materials that are readily available on the market, and collaborate with drafting and manufacturing teams to create designs that can be easily fabricated.
