Job Description
Who you are
You have significant experience in talent sourcing and recruitment, particularly in the tech industry. Your expertise in sourcing strategies and candidate engagement allows you to build strong pipelines of qualified candidates. You understand the importance of market research and are adept at identifying top talent for various roles across an organization.
You are located in Mexico and are available for a part-time contract role, dedicating 10-15 hours a week. Your ability to work collaboratively within a recruitment team is essential, as you will be a key player in helping Zencore grow its workforce. You are proactive in your approach and have a keen eye for identifying candidates who align with the company's values and needs.
What you'll do
As a Talent Sourcer at Zencore, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent for various roles within the organization. You will utilize your expertise in sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of candidates, ensuring that Zencore has access to the best talent in the market. Your role will involve conducting market research to understand the competitive landscape and identify potential candidates.
You will collaborate closely with the recruitment team to develop effective sourcing strategies and candidate engagement techniques. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be crucial in attracting top talent. You will also be involved in the initial stages of the recruitment process, screening candidates and presenting qualified individuals to the hiring managers.
