You have 2+ years of experience working with job boards and a proven ability to conduct effective talent searches across various platforms. Your proficiency in LinkedIn allows you to identify and source talent efficiently, ensuring a robust candidate pipeline. You possess a basic understanding of technical concepts and terminology, which aids in communicating effectively with hiring teams. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills enable you to manage a high volume of applications while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
What you'll do
In this role, you will proactively source candidates using various sourcing techniques and tools to engage high-potential individuals. You will build talent maps and insights, developing competitive talent intelligence to share with recruiters and hiring managers. Owning the candidate experience is crucial, as you will maintain high standards of communication throughout the application process. Collaborating with hiring teams, you will deeply understand their needs and translate them into effective sourcing strategies. You will also track and report your sourcing activity data, contributing to regular reporting and improvement of sourcing metrics.
