What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Contract Renewals team, focusing on managing and optimizing the renewal process for Zenoti's clients. You will work closely with the sales and customer success teams to ensure that clients are satisfied and that their contracts are renewed in a timely manner. Your responsibilities will include developing strategies to enhance customer retention, analyzing renewal trends, and implementing best practices to streamline the renewal process.

You will also be responsible for training and mentoring team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability within the team. By leveraging your expertise, you will help shape the future of Zenoti's customer success initiatives, driving growth and ensuring that clients continue to see value in their partnership with us.
