Who you are
You have a proven track record in customer success management, particularly within the SaaS industry, and possess strong leadership skills that enable you to effectively manage and grow key accounts. Your experience includes developing strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and retention, ensuring that clients derive maximum value from the software solutions provided. You are adept at building relationships with clients and understanding their unique needs, which allows you to tailor solutions that drive their success. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by the opportunity to make a significant impact on customer outcomes.
You have excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively to both clients and internal teams. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data to inform decision-making and drive improvements in customer engagement and satisfaction. You are comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product development and service delivery.
Desirable
Experience in the beauty and wellness industry is a plus, as is familiarity with managing large-scale customer accounts. A background in project management or operations can also be beneficial, as it equips you with the skills to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring that clients are satisfied with Zenoti's software solutions and that they are achieving their business objectives. You will develop and implement customer success strategies that drive engagement and retention, working closely with clients to understand their needs and challenges. You will serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building strong relationships and acting as an advocate for their interests within Zenoti.
You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into product development and service enhancements. This includes working with the product team to communicate client needs and expectations, as well as coordinating with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services. You will also analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that can inform your strategies and improve overall customer satisfaction.
