CommerceHub is hiring a Renewals Specialist to drive account renewals and enhance customer experiences. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to manage renewals and support customer transitions. This role requires strong organizational skills and customer-facing interactions.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success or account management, with experience in driving renewals and managing customer relationships. Your organizational skills are top-notch, allowing you to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Customer Success, Account Executives, and Legal. You thrive in customer-facing roles and understand the importance of providing a seamless experience throughout the renewal process.

You are proactive in identifying opportunities for upselling and retaining subscription revenue, demonstrating your ability to position multiyear contracts and navigate pricing discussions. Your experience includes migrating customers from legacy plans to new packaging, ensuring a smooth transition that maximizes value for both the customer and the company.

What you'll do

As a Renewals Specialist at CommerceHub, you will project manage the renewal experience in close partnership with assigned Customer Success Managers and Account Executives. Your role will involve retaining and increasing subscription revenue in existing customer accounts by effectively communicating the benefits of multiyear contracts and price adjustments. You will also be responsible for migrating existing customers from legacy plans onto new packaging and pricing structures, ensuring they receive the best possible service and value.

You will proactively identify customer needs and work collaboratively with various teams to address them, ensuring that customers are supported throughout their lifecycle with CommerceHub. Your ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously will be crucial in driving successful renewals and enhancing customer satisfaction.
