What you'll do

As the Vice President of Professional Services, you will be responsible for the end-to-end strategy and execution of onboarding, implementation, and service delivery for Zenoti’s global SaaS customers. You will lead a team of professionals dedicated to ensuring that clients successfully adopt and utilize Zenoti’s software solutions, maximizing their investment and achieving their business objectives.

You will develop and implement best practices for onboarding and implementation processes, ensuring that they are efficient, effective, and tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients. Your role will involve collaborating closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless transition for clients from sales to implementation.

You will monitor and analyze service delivery performance, using data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of the customer experience. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of excellence within the professional services team, encouraging innovation and proactive problem-solving.

You will also play a key role in developing training programs and resources for your team, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to deliver exceptional service. Your ability to mentor and develop talent will be essential in building a high-performing team that consistently exceeds client expectations.
