Overview

Zeta is seeking a Profit Center Head for their Agentic AI Solutions Group to build and grow the P&L in the US Financial Services market. This role requires strong leadership and entrepreneurial skills to drive innovative AI solutions.

Who you are

You are an entrepreneurial leader with a proven track record in managing profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities, particularly in the financial services sector. You have a deep understanding of AI technologies and their applications in customer support, enabling you to drive innovative solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Your experience in leading teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders positions you to effectively navigate the complexities of the banking technology landscape.

You possess strong strategic thinking skills, allowing you to identify market opportunities and develop actionable plans to capitalize on them. Your ability to analyze data and derive insights will be crucial in making informed decisions that impact the growth of the Agentic AI Solutions Group. You are comfortable working in a highly regulated environment and understand the importance of compliance and risk management in the financial services industry.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building and growing the P&L for Zeta's Agentic AI Solutions in the US Financial Services market. You will lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborating closely with engineering, product, and marketing teams, you will ensure that the AI solutions meet the needs of financial institutions and their customers.

You will analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine product offerings and identify new opportunities for innovation. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team. You will also be responsible for establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and drive accountability across the organization.
