What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end deployment process, from systems integration to the design, build, and launch of conversational AI workflows tailored to each customer’s needs. You will work closely with client stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure that the solutions you implement meet their expectations.

You will manage timelines and coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless automation — your project management capabilities will be crucial in keeping projects on track and ensuring that all deliverables are met on time. You will also be responsible for configuring advanced integrations that enhance the functionality of the solutions you provide.

Your role will involve continuous collaboration with clients to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to the workflows — you will be the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout the process. You will also contribute to the ongoing improvement of Zingtree's offerings by sharing insights and best practices based on your experiences with clients.
